Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a beautiful setting with spacious rooms and a very friendly staff. However, we experienced some significant concerns with security and outdated amenities in our unit. The golf course was disappointing, and the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it's a mixed bag but has some potential if improvements are made.
I enjoyed my stay at this resort, which offers unique clusters of spacious rooms with lovely marsh views. The new upgrades improved our experience, particularly the dining options and pool area. However, the service during breakfast was quite slow, and there were some minor issues with dining reservations. Overall, it's a charming place with great amenities, though some improvements in staff efficiency would elevate it even more.
While my stay had some enjoyable aspects, including the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful views from my room, I encountered significant issues with the outdated facilities and a disappointing customer service experience. The cleanliness was generally acceptable, but the overall upkeep of the hotel left something to be desired. It's a mixed bag, as the potential is there, but it's in need of considerable improvements.
The hotel had some nice qualities, such as spacious accommodations and beautiful views of the marsh, but unfortunately, there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The outdated rooms needed some more attention, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. While the location was convenient, my interactions with the staff were far from satisfactory, making this stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
Our stay was quite enjoyable, thanks to the spacious rooms and very nice dining options. We loved relaxing by the pool, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our visit. However, the check-in process left something to be desired, as we didn't receive much information about the amenities offered. Additionally, it seemed like some areas could use a refresh to enhance the overall experience.
